1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Angkor Digital Co., Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Angkor Digital provides digital services including but not limited to:

Website design and development
Mobile application development
Brand identity design
UX/UI design
Digital marketing services
AI automation solutions

3. Project Agreements

Each project engagement will be governed by a separate project proposal or contract that specifies:

Scope of work and deliverables
Timeline and milestones
Pricing and payment terms
Revision policies
Intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

50% deposit required to commence work
Remaining 50% due upon project completion
For larger projects, milestone-based payments may apply
All prices quoted in USD unless otherwise specified

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-created deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide necessary content, materials, and feedback in a timely manner
Ensure they have rights to all provided materials
Review deliverables within agreed timeframes
Maintain confidentiality of project details

7. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Scope changes during a project may affect timeline and pricing.

8. Warranty and Support

We provide a 90-day warranty on delivered work for bugs and defects. This does not cover issues arising from client modifications, third-party integrations, or hosting environment changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

Angkor Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, or if necessary, through arbitration in Siem Reap.
